Richard Eric Wightman's Obituary
Richard “Rick” Eric Wightman, age 73, passed away on November 25, 2014 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rick was born on August 15, 1941 in St. Louis, Missouri to his parents Fred Noel and Martha Wightman. Rick received his general education from Central High School and then attended Oklahoma State University and Tulsa University. After receiving his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, he began working as a salesman with T.D. Williamson, Inc. He served with the company for over 32 years before retiring in 1998. Rick married the love of his life, Jackie McGinnis, on October 15, 1966 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Rick served with the Air Force from 1965 to 1969 during Vietnam War. He was also involved with the organizations: Sertoma, Masons, and the Shriners. Rick was a kind, generous man who cherished his family above all else. Rick is survived by his wife Jackie Wightman, his three daughters Julie Weatherford, Susan Olsen (Jeff), and Karen Caskey (William), and his five grandchildren Will Weatherford, Shannon Weatherford, Brandon Olsen, Rhosenwen Caskey, and Gabriel Caskey. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
