Robert "Bob" Arthur Payne's Obituary
Robert “Bob” Arthur Payne, 89, passed from this life on January 19, 2013. Bob was born on December 30, 1923 in Eads, California to Arthur and Goldie (Blakeman) Payne. He was a Aircraft Inspector and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. Bob met and married Jessie Webb on April 16, 1950 and they shared almost 63 memorable years together. He was preceded in death by his parents; 2 brothers; and 1 sister. Bob is survived by his loving wife, Jessie Payne; children, Donna Brown and husband, Robert and Greg Payne; grandchildren, Lindsey Cabaniss and husband, Cole and Jessica Payne; and great grandson, Robert Clay Cabaniss. Visitation will be held 12:00-9:00 PM Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, Janaury 24, 2013 at Airport Free Will Baptist Church with Interment following in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
