As he searched for oil, Bob led his family from Colorado to Utah and New Mexico before settling in Tulsa, OK. He never lost the love of jeeps, twinkies, and apricot nectar from his days in the field. Bob and Ruth spent the next 53 years in Tulsa raising children and living out their faith in Jesus. Bob served as a deacon at Woodland Acres Baptist Church and was a founding member of Evergreen Baptist Church. Bob lived the past year at Lenoir Woods in Columbia, Mo. While there, he led a successful root beer campaign and enjoyed time spent with good friends.
