Meredith, I just learned the sad news of your father's passing today when he came up in conversation b/c of a note inside a gift he had given my Grandparents in 1945. My Grandpa Jack Davis was Bob's cousin and best man at his wedding. My mother, Gayle, so loved your parents and thought the world of them. She would take me to visit and insisted that my children got to meet them as well. Although very late please accepted my deepest sympathies on behalf of myself and the entire Davis Family!! My deepest sympathies in this loss. Mr. Reed was an amazing Scoutmaster and person in my life. I have him to thank for achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. He was a great influence and mentor in my life. All of his Scouts are better people for having had his guidance in our youth.
