Thank you Jody and Debra. .I'm sorry its taken so long to reply. I just haven't been able to really face it all. And your right he cheered you guys on allll the time. Even the last couple of years he watch yall on the computer and would always tell me " hurry mom jody's horse us about to race" He LOVED the races and TRUELY LOVED THE FRIENDS he had made along the way. Please know that he loved you guys… He is greatly missed and it's heart wrenching that he's gone. I Love and Miss him so incredibly much everyday and not quiet sure how to go on without him yet….

Fair Meadows Racing will not be the same for us without Little Robert we always looked for him on the days we ran our horses and he was always there. He would pick out the winners and send his mom to make his bets. He would always cheer us on even if he didn't bet on our horse (he knew we didn't stand a chance of winning that day but he didn't want to hurt our feelings). There were days that we were so hot, tired and just plain miserable and then we would see Little Robert and he would put a smile on our faces and our day would just seem to brighten up. We loved him and we will truly miss him but knowing he is healthy now and can make his own bets puts a smile on our faces again! Well sis mine was when papa had Robert out in garage hwlping him witj the body work he was doing. And few days later he was painting a car and came in the house and was washing up but forgot to shut the door all the way. Well that little bugger slipped out into the garage and started sanding on papas fresh new paint job. Pa caught him sanding. Dad said he was so mad but couldnt scream at him for helping his pa work.

I remember growing up my parents would not let me spend the night at very many peoples homes but my dad would always give in and say yes when we would ask if I could stay with Brittany. Nearly every weekend in the summer I would stay the night and ride home with them after the races were over and even many weekends during the school year. Every time I was over I always felt welcomed and I came to love all of you as a second family. One memory that stands out in my mind is Robert would always ask "Brittany did you offer Michaela a drink".? "Brittany did you offer Michaela something to eat"? If we came into the living room he would offer the remote even if he was watching something. He had the kindest heart and was always thinking of others making sure that whoever was visiting felt comfortable.. He always made us laugh calling us goobers or whatever else came to mind.. Honestly I cannot recall ever hearing him complain about anything (besides sports haha) I will truly miss Robert but I am peace knowing that he is finally free. I will keep all of the family in my thoughts and prayers and will continue to pray that God can bring you all peace and comfort during this time.

One if my most memorable time with my brother was when he could still move his arms around and he was mad at me for some reason. He grabbed a fork off the counter and began chasing me around the house wanting to stab me with the fork. Running into furniture and driving over anything and i was jumping on top of furniture to get away from him. We laughed about it for years. And then my most precious memory is the way he loved my kids. He always wanted to hold them as babies and as they grew they wanted to sit n lay with their uncle every chance they got. He got so much joy from just holding them. Robert I will miss you more than words can explain. But im beyond happy that you get to enjoy yourself now and run jump and walk anywhere pain free. I love you. Rest in Paradise

To the family of Robert, I first want to wish my deepest sympathy, Robert was like an adopted son that I have enjoyed getting to know over the past few yrs, although we argued and joked with each other, everytime he yelled for "mom" I would answer just so I could aggravate him lol, however, anytime i wasnt feeling well he had the heart of gold. I will miss his laughter, sarcasm and the way he rolled his eyes at me everytime I was trying to sing or dance, he frequently asked how my kids were naming each of them, Robert was a special kind that could steal anyone's heart in a sec, well mannered and polite. I want to thank his family especially his mother for letting me come into his home and help take care of him, no doubt in my mind that he is one of God's most valiant angels now. Love u all, will only think of how he must be using those legs to walk and run and most of all is pain free!
