Robert "Ed" Oliver's Obituary
Robert Edmond 'Ed' Oliver went on to be with his heavenly father on August 28, 2011. Ed was born in Booneville, Arkansas on January 23, 1945 to Troy Lee Oliver and Virginia Lacy Oliver. He is the founder of Tulsa Boat Sales, Ft. Smith Boat Sales and CornerStone Boat & Mini Storage. Ed loved people and was a man of integrity who kept his word and was known for his generosity. He loved to hunt, fish, spend time with his family and friends, and go to breakfast with Findley. Ed is survived by his wife of 48 years, Donna Jean Ingram Oliver; daughter, Leshia Oliver Williams and her husband Donald; daughter, Krista Oliver Pavey and husband Dustin; son, Troy Oliver and his wife Melanie; 5 grandchildren, Sarah and Cody Mathews, Hagen and Olivia Pavey and Madison Talkington; 1 great granddaughter, Sophia Segovia; sister, Norma Oliver Grubb and her husband Jimmy Joe; brothers, Thomas Edward Oliver, Donald Dale Oliver and his wife Patsy, and a host of family members who he loved dearly. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, 12:30 PM at the Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma with interment following at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
