I'm forever grateful to Uncle Bob and Aunt Carole, for flying all the way to Michigan for my mom's funeral, and reading from the Bible during her service. It meant everything to us. We know Uncle Bob is in good hands now.
About 2 years ago, my wife Linda and I were attending a play at the Will Rogers Museum in Claremore. When I stepped out into the lobby to purchase a book, I heard a distinctive voice that had not been heard in at least 15 years and spun around to see Bob. It was great to talk with him for a few minutes and remember some of our favorite AA characters. Bob will be missed greatly by us AA old timers. He was always enjoyable and helpful in every memory I have of him. Jerry Wilson

What a lucky person I was the day I met your son and married into this wonderful family. Bob, Sr was like a dad to me. Even after his son died and we had only been married two years, Bob Sr continued for the next 27 years to treat me as family. I will truly miss this wonderful man. Love to all the family.
