I had the honor and privilege to accompany him during the Honor Flight a couple years ago. We had a blast that day.
Robert Pringer served with the Marines in Vietnam from 1965-1966, during which time he sustained wounds in combat on two separate occasions for which he received two Purple Hearts. Bob was kind to everyone, and held a special place in his heart for kids. He said “they make me feel like all the sacrifices myself and other Marines made in Vietnam were worth it!” Pringer was a true friend. He was always there for me. I miss him terribly.

Bob will be known as the Marine.
I'll miss seeing him setting in the garage keeping track of the neighborhood.
I have only known Marine Bob for 8 years since moving here. Bob could always be seen in his favorite chair watching the neighborhood with a wave as you drove by. Bob was an avid golfer and a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
I'll miss seeing Bob sitting in the garage. He was up to speed on the neighborhood. He always new any delays on garbage 🗑️ pickup. I'll miss him telling me his golf score. He was proud of being a Marine.
