Robert V. Lake's Obituary
TULSA Robert Vernon Lake, 86, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 11, 2013. Bob was born November 16, 1926 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. He graduated from Central HS and University of Tulsa. Bob was a veteran of World War II and proud of his service to our country. He worked in sales in the Oil and Gas Industry and developed many friendships over the years in Texas, Oklahoma, and New Hampshire. He never met a stranger. His friends were very important to him and he often traveled from one friend to visit another. Bob enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with his friends. Bob is survived by his children, Brad Lake and Michelle Lake Edwards, his sister Mary Jo Baker and dear friend George Campo. A celebration of Bob's life will be held at 10:00 a.m -noon Friday, March 15, 2013, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Family Center in Broken Arrow OK.
