Robert "Trey" Williamson's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert “Trey” Williamson, affectionately known as Trey. He was born on April 27, 2001, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Bobby and Kim Williamson, and passed away on June 10, 2025, in his hometown of Tulsa.
Trey was a man of few words who spoke the truth and lived with quiet strength. At 6'3", he had a strong, steady presence; you felt safe when he was around. A good son and a sweet soul, Trey was deeply loyal, always there for the people he loved.
From a young age, Trey had a fearless spirit. Whether it was diving into the lake, snow skiing, or being pulled on a tube behind a boat at full speed. He loved to surf, hunt, and be outside, especially near the water. He wasn’t afraid of much and didn’t hesitate to try new things. He loved chocolate chip cookies (especially the dough), sweet tea, and a good chocolate shake from Braum’s.
Trey was known for his impeccable manners, sharp style, and dedication to doing things right, even if it meant asking for the same ingredient in a recipe a hundred times. He took pride in his work and treated people with kindness and respect. Bobby has customers who often called just to say so.
He lived by example; steadfast, dependable, and selfless. He showed up. He put others first. Family meant everything to Trey. He was a protective big brother to his little sister, Tristan, whom he lovingly called “Sis” or just “T.” He was fiercely loyal and a source of strength to his family and friends. Trey didn’t need to say much; his actions said everything. He made you want to be better. He made people feel loved.
Trey was a proud Thunder and Cowboys fan, a traveler, a man of principle, and someone who valued authenticity and family above all. He was a blessing to have and impossible to forget.
Trey is survived by his parents; Bobby and Kim Williamson, sister; Tristan Williamson, grandparents; Stan and Karen Tucker, Robert and Toni Williamson, aunts & uncles; Steve and Melisa Tucker, Skip and Kim Douglas, and Kristy Rednose, cousins; Landry Tucker, Taylor Tucker, Justin Rednose, Brittainy Horn, David Kropp, Crystal Anderson, and Stephen Schoeffler. He is also survived by a host of extended family members and cherished friends.
A celebration of Trey’s life will be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM at The Church at BattleCreek. The family will be wearing the color blue in his honor and invites all who attend to do the same.
