Robert Bruce Zywicki's Obituary
Robert Bruce Zywicki, age 84 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away peacefully on March 8, 2026 with family by his side. He was born October 29, 1941, in Sandstone, Minnesota to Ambrose Bruce Zywicki and Louise Moe Zywicki.
Robert lived a life marked by faith, hard work and creativity. He had a love for the outdoors where he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He graduated from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He also attended Auctioneer school in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and became owner and auctioneer of the Broken Arrow Auction Barn in the late 1980’s. He owned All American Painting Co. in Minnesota and Oklahoma.
He is survived by three children, Jonathan Zywicki and his wife Jackie of Saginaw, Minnesota, Aaron Zywicki of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Jessica Kolasinski and her husband Larry of Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is also survived by five siblings, Jim Zywicki and his wife Darlene of Saginaw, Minnesota, Carol Allen and her husband Dick of Mississippi, Laura Gower of Alborn, Minnesota, Diane Tesser of Hermantown, Minnesota, and Duane Zywicki of Alborn, Minnesota; a sister-in-law, Judy Zywicki of Duluth, Minnesota. Robert also leaves behind six grandchildren, Alisha, Marissa, Troy, Reagan, Dylan, and Isaiah along with his life-long friend, Cindy Nikkel of Tulsa, Oklahoma and many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Todd Zywicki; his daughter, Tawnya Tipton; his brother, Larry Zywicki; and a nephew, Cory Zywicki.
In keeping with his wishes, there are no local services planned.
He will be laid to rest in Hermantown, Minnesota.
