I am so lucky to have a dad that was the man you are. You always took care of our family and was there for us when we needed you. You showed me how to be a man. You treated mom how a man should treat his wife and that was like a queen. I will hold on to all the memories that we made together. Every time I go hunting or fishing I’ll know you are right there next to me and maybe you can talk to God and send me a big one. We had some good times out and I wish we could have one more. You have always believed in me even when I wasn’t even worth it. You never gave up on me and i hope I can make you proud and be half the man that you are. I will never forget you and I know you will always be there looking down from heaven keeping and eye on me. I am proud to be your son and I will carry on our name the best that I can. I know your in heaven looking down. I love you dad and I miss you.

Dearest Linda and Families: Please accept my heartfelt condolence on the loss of Chris. (Poem) “There’s Balsam and Gilead this from God’s word we hear. It comfort brings to troubled hearts and helps grief disappear. It soothes us when we are sorely tried or deeply are distressed, or we have lost some loved dear one, who in death’s sleep does rest. Just call to mind that God is Love, is Wise, Almighty and True. So on this God of comfort call in frequent, earnest prayer. Pour out your heart, hold nothing back, tell him your every care”…. I am so sorry for your loss, Linda. I enjoyed working with Chris at both Thermal Specialty and Bodycote. My husband and I enjoyed the few times we spent together. We could see the love between you and Chris. I am sorry we can’t make it to say goodbye. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I can only imagine you and your family’s grief in the sudden loss. I pray God to give you all strength and comfort through your faith in him. Even though I only knew Chris for five years while we worked at SWUI, I counted him as a good friend and loved his heart and the caring he had for others. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and worked with him. My deepest and most heartfelt condolences to you and your family.
