Rocky Ben Tarrant, 52, was born on June 17th, 1960 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Rocky passed away on November 17, 2012 in Tulsa, OKlahoma. He is survived by his son, Joseph Tarrant; daughter, Ashley Tarrant; and wife Lisa Tarrant. His three brothers Teddy, Mark, and Scott Tarrant and two sisters; Kimberly Holden, and Amy Basehart others including neices and nephews and cousins.
