Roger Lee McNerney's Obituary
Roger Lee McNerney, a resident of Tulsa, passed away August 5, 2016 at the age of 68. He was born September 1, 1947 to Harmon Dwight McNerney and Freda Adeline (McKanna) in Russell, Kansas. Roger enjoyed writing poetry, reading, watching movies and he loved to sing.Roger loved the Lord and he loved every person he met. He once said in an interview, “If I can make someone laugh or someone smile, then, and only then is my life worthwhile.”He was preceded in death by his parents, Harmon Dwight and Freda Adeline McNerney.Survivors include his sister, Kathleen Baab; two brothers, Gary and Dennis McNerney; seven nieces and nephews and numerous other great nieces and great nephews.Memorial Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, August 12, 2016 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow.
