Roger G. Quiett, DDS.'s Obituary
Roger G. Quiett, DDS., 76, passed from this life on May 28, 2014 at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Roger was born on November 17, 1937 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Ellis Leslie and Leota Isabelle(King) Quiett. He was a 1955 graduate of Will Rogers High School, Northeastern State University lifetime Alumni, member of Phi Lamda Chi fraternity, and graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri in 1966. He was a retired Doctor of Dental Surgery. Roger met and married Patricia “Pat” Lee Glory on August 29, 1959 and they shared 54 memorable years together until her passing. She was the love of his life and it was only fitting that he follow her only two days after her passing. Roger loved gardening, bowling, reading, football, Vietnam War history, hunting, gun collecting and even made his own ammo. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Pat Quiett; parents, Ellis and Leota Quiett; and brother, Lee King Quiett. Roger is survived by son, Russell L. Quiett of Tulsa, OK; daughter, Glory G. Quiett of Tulsa, OK; granddaughters, Tafv Quiett and E’Tya Quiett of Tulsa, OK; grandsons, Russell L. Quiett, II, Ridge Quiett, and Jonah Quiett of Tulsa, OK. A Memorial Service for Roger and Pat Quiett will be held 3:00 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
