Cynthia Taylor
A legend and a pillar of his church, his many, many years of serving in any way needed will never be forgotten. From rendering sweat from hot summer mowing to washing dishes after church dinners, he moved seamlessly from task to task without fanfare, yet entertaining fellowship along the way. The soil, rocks, grass and trees of the property knew him well and the sanctity of God’s creation soothed his soul. He handled the practical things, but he was much greater than that. He kept the river of communication flowing for the administration of all things that needed doing. He gave from the heart and his heart was large enough for everyone. His spoken prayers in church were from a humble heart and a desire to please the Lord. He was a genuine servant of God in my eyes and I’m blessed to have known him. I can see him stepping into Heaven and being greeted by familiar faces of the crowd of family and church family already there. After the sounds of excitement to see him die down, he cracks a one-liner and they roar with holy laughter.
R J Pearson, a man that will be missed.
God's blessing and comfort to his family.
