Ronald A. Sparks' Obituary
Ronald Allen Sparks age 78, went to meet his savior on November 17th, 2016 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ronald worked for Fibercast in Sand Springs for over 35 years , 32nd degree mason with lodge 71 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and had started a business, “Stylish Embroidery” with his loving wife, Tommie. Ronald had a passion for fishing, gardening, and family. He enjoyed early mornings on Hudson Lake, where he and his wife had an a-frame lake house. He and his wife filled many summers with children and grandchildren, out on the water or on their dock fishing. Ronald Allen Sparks was born to Louie and Reba K. Sparks on May 24th, 1938 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He is survived by his daughters, Karri Sparks Hoss of Oklahoma City, Rhonda Sparks Mayfield of Claremore, Laura Kay Sparks of Tulsa, and daughter-in-law Toni Sparks of Tulsa; grandchildren: H. Blake Hoss, Hansen Hoss, Harrison Hoss, Grace Hoss, Kaylinn Mayfield, Kenneth Mayfield, Ryan Sparks, and Courtney Sparks; brother Raymond Sparks of Tulsa; sisters Mona Parks of Helotes, Texas and Donna Sparks Bush of Tulsa. The family is saddened by his peaceful passing, yet joyous he will be with his savior as well as with loved ones whom have preceded him in death. Ronald has joined his wife of 53 years Tommie Fern Sparks; parents Louie and Reba K. Sparks; son Kevin Sparks; and granddaughter Kelsey Mayfield. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, November 25th, 2016, 12:30pm, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with interment following in the Garden of Prayer, Floral Haven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive guests on Friday, November 25th, 2016 from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Floral Haven Funeral Home, prior to services.
