Rosalea Barnett's Obituary
Rosalea Barnett, age 67, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away April 29th, 2013, Rosalea was born April 21, 1946 in Hugo, Ok to L.V. Boyett and Floradean Boyett. Rosalea got married while in high school, but graduated in 1964 with a scholarship offer to Southeastern State in durant. SHe had her only child in December of the same year. Rosalea had a strong work ethic and a fierce sense of idependence which propelled her to many successes throughout her professional career. Those successes started with the V.A. Hospital, real estate agent/broker, financial planner and a postmaster for the U.S. Postal service. Her final job was Direct T.V., and despite her illness she continued working while battling cancer. Rosalea loved her family and friends, she was a devout christian and very active prayer warrior for her church as well as other organizations, her strong faith was an inspiration to those of us around her. Rosalea was preceded in death by her parents and aunt,Lorene Parker. She is survived by her son: Billy Alan barnett and wife Debra of Tulsa. Grandchildren: Lauren, Sarah and Rachel. Great Grandson: Jaxson Killian. Her Brothers: Howard Boyett and wife Janice of Rattan and Larry Boyett and wife Regena. Her Sister: Gloria Duncan and husband Nyles of OKC, nieces: Larhonda, Tori, Valerie and Cassie. Nephews: Jason, Rodney and Joseph as well as many more family members and special friends.Like lilies unfolding God's plan slowly unfolds. Then tear not the bloom apart. Time must fulfill its role. To rush God's plan is wrong, But time proves He is right. Then tear not the bloom apart, Nor let your fingers blight.
