Rose Darlene Moody, 83 of Claremore, Oklahoma passed from this life on Thursday, August 23, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was born March 3, 1935 in Cherryvale, Kansas to the late Raymond and Rhobena Perkins.Darlene worked as a credit representative in the oil & gas industry, working for Sun Oil Corp.She always enjoyed a lively card game with family and friends or video gaming with her grandchildren, was also an avid bowler and an avid crafter with an emphasis in crocheting and doll making. Darlene was preceded in death by her parents, and by, a brother Donald Perkins, a sister Treva Perkins, a brother Ralph Perkins, a sister Delores Warren, a brother David Lawrence and a son Patrick Hunton.She is survived by her brother Robert Brummett of Skiatook, OK, and her other son, Michael Hunton and wife Elizabeth Hewitt-Hunton of Elkhart, Indiana, a daughter-in-law Tracey Hunton of Claremore, OK, granddaughter Layla Hunton of Bloomington, IN, granddaughter Donna Ray of Bloomington, IN, granddaughter Heather Parker of Inola, OK, granddaughter Haley Hunton of Verdigris, OK, grandson Joshua Hunton of New York City, great-grandsons TJ Parker and Vincent Parker of Inola, OK, and, great-granddaughters Rory and Thia Andis of Bloomington, IN.A private family service will be planned at a later date.
