Roxane Lasala Chan's Obituary
Roxane Lasala Chan was born on July 1, 1950 in La Carlota City, Philippines. She was the second of five children of Mr. & Mrs Vivencio & Estela Lasala. She lived in the Philippines until 1993 and later migrated to the United States. She lived in California and Virginia but spent the last two years of her life in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She attended La Carlota South Elementary School, La Carlota City High School and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at Central Philippine University. She helped her parents manage the family business. She was a devoted and caring mother to her only daughter, Carla. Roxane was passionate about crocheting and gardening. Roxane was a remarkably generous person. She would give away the last cent she had to whoever has a need over her own. She is survived by her daughter Mrs. Carla Joy Tupas;Sisters Mrs. Louella Motos, Mrs. Sharyn Fajardo and brother Dr. Edsel Lasala; Grandchildren Allain, Caileigh and Cullin Tupas; nieces Mrs. Rosel Moore, Mrs. Renelle Sutton Miss Sharlyn and Sharice Fajardo; nephew Mr. Jerel Motos. Roxane, thank you for being a part of our lives. We are all going to miss you. Visitation at Floral Haven Funeral Home will be from 2pm to 8pm, Thursday and 2pm to 8pm Friday.Funeral Service to be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 09:30 a.m. at Floral Haven Funeral Chapel.
