Roxann Hale's Obituary
Roxann Hale, age 55, passed away peacefully on June 18, 2025, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, surrounded by the love of her family and friends. She was born on May 31, 1970, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, to Frank and Sharon Taylor.
Roxann lived a life full of quiet strength, heartfelt generosity, and simple joys. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend who made a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know her. Whether she was crocheting a warm blanket, cheering on her beloved Green Bay Packers, or sharing a laugh with her cherished “sister” friends, Roxann lived with warmth and authenticity.
She found happiness in the little things—reading a good book, snuggling with her dog, or spending time with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. She was known for her helpful spirit, always ready to lend a hand or an ear, offering comfort with sincerity and love. Roxann had a heart that gave freely, and her kindness touched many.
Roxann leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. Her presence will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Roxann is preceded in death by her parents.
Roxann is survived by her daughter Amber Hankins and husband Duane, daughter Rebecca Hall, brother Roland Taylor, grandchildren Nevaeh Penfield, Emery and Ephraim Hankins, Ivan and Brooklyn Hankins, Aidyn Barlow and Amyrah Penfield, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and loved ones.

Visitation will be held Sunday, June 22, 2025 from 2-4 PM
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 at 3:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home
