Roy Garner's Obituary
Roy Garner, 89, of Tulsa, OK passed from this life on January 2, 2023. Roy was born on September 18, 1933 in Gravelly, AR to Ralph Billingsley and Carmen Garner. Roy was a Tulsa Central graduate of 1952 and soon after high school he married the love of his life Patricia Garner on December 14, 1956 in Uvalde, TX. He was a veteran of the United States Army and proudly served his country in the Korean War with honor and pride.
Roy is survived by his daughter Kelly Allen and husband Tony of Bixby, OK, grandchildren: Danielle Hawkins of Germany, Ashley Garner of Tulsa, Zach Allen of Bixby, Jacob Allen of Tulsa, Hunter Allen of Tulsa, Tony J Allen of Bixby, Jack Allen of Bixby, Tyler Garner of Sperry, Taylor Garner of Sperry, Canyon Garner of Tulsa, great-grandchildren: Diego Carrera of Tulsa, Angel Carrera of Tulsa, Deklyn Hawkins of Germany, Archer Hawkins of Germany, Hudson Allen of Bixby and a host of cousins, friends and loved ones.
Roy is preceded in death by wife Patricia A (Davidson) Garner, his parents, son Stan Garner of Tulsa and son Jeff Garner of Sperry.
Roy was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will be held Sunday, January 8, 2023 from 12-5 PM at Floral Haven
The service will be held Monday, January 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
