Ruby Lovelace's Obituary
Ruby Jewell Lovelace, 79 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Monday, October 5, 2020 in a Tulsa hospital. She was born August 1, 1941 in Paris, Arkansas to her parents, Everett Lyndon Harvell and Jewell Beatrice Ferguson Harvell. She married the love of her life, Manny Lovelace on August 17, 1957 in Paris, Arkansas and they shared in over 36 years before his passing in 1993.
Ruby is survived by her four children, Doug Lovelace of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Kenny Lovelace and his wife Michele of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Joe Lovelace of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rana Trine and her husband Rich of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one sister, Lynda Swain and her husband Mel of Las Cruces, New Mexico; ten grandchildren, Misty Miller, Suzanna Holt, Tony Daniels, Erin Stephens, Heather King, Jessica Holland, Matt Lovelace, Brandon Hickman, Caitlyn Hickman and Emma Trine; ten great-grandchildren, Mariah Hodge, Dylan Miller, Brandon Lovelace, Madalynn Daniels, Ben Daniels, Beau Daniels, Ellie Miller, Brody Stephens, Shepard Stephens and Harrison King; and a host of extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Jewell Harvell; her husband, Manny Lovelace; and a sister, Carlene Rupe.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 8, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Floral Haven's Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Troy Dorrell officiating. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
The family has requested memorials be made to Eastland Baptist Church Missions, 1835 S 129th E Ave, Tulsa, OK 74108.
