Ruby Caroline Vandiver, age 85, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life Monday, February 06, 2023, in Tulsa. Ruby was born September 03, 1937, to Jesse and Mabel (Brandt) Miller in Vinyard, Missouri. Ruby married the love of her life, Buddy Wallace Vandiver, September 17, 1959, in Talala, Oklahoma.
Ruby is survived by: sons Van Vandiver and wife Annaliza, and Jon Vandiver and wife Julie; three (3) grandchildren: Justin Vandiver of New Jersey, Jordan Vandiver of Florida, and Joshua Vandiver of Oklahoma; and sister Mickey Willey of Indiana.
She is preceded in death by her parents Jesse and Mabel Miller; husband Buddy Wallace Vandiver; and five(5) sisters.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations in Ruby's name and honor be made to the Creek County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA - child advocate)
