I just heard the news a couple of days ago from an ex-coworker with regards to the passing of Rudene. I used to work for the Tulsa Health Department, where I met Rudene who I can say was the most nicest person that I could have ever met. Rudene you will surely be missed. I am so sorry to hear of Rudene's passing and the services yesterday. Rudene and I grew up together in Okmulgee and were play friends down the alley from each of our houses. She lived at 1114 N. Alabama and I lived in 1110 N. Okmulgee.....almost behind each other. She was the cutest little girl with blonde curly hair and a sweet personality. We were not in the same grade at Wilson Elementary because I was one year ahead of her.
It was a wonderful pleasure to see her just less than a year ago at the funeral of Ronald Brown in W. Tulsa.
God Bless Dorman and all of Rudene's family. I look forward to seeing her in heaven someday and hope she has her curly blonde hair!!!

I just saw this and I am so sorry to hear of Rudene's passing. I am so thankful I was able to speak with her several months ago. Dorman, I am so sorry for your loss. You and Rudene had a wonderful life together filled with love. May God bless you at this time.
