Rusty Eugene Kennedy, 59, was born on February 2, 1956 in Arkansas City, Kansas. He passed away on May 2, 2015 in Ponca City, Oklahoma. Rusty was born to Jessie Cochran and Frank Kennedy. Rusty was a Masonry by trade. He loved to ride is Harley until health issues set him back. Rusty was very close to his friends at Ed’s Hurricane in Tulsa. Rusty’s favorite hobby was spending time at the casinos. Rusty will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him. Rusty is preceded in passing by his Kennedy grandparents; grandparents Walter and Esther Freeze; and a brother-in-law Robert Kent. Rusty is survived by his parents; Jessie Cochran of Newkirk, Oklahoma; Frank Kennedy of Iowa; sisters Mickey Landers and her husband Ralph of Newkirk, Oklahoma; Sue Sigler and her husband Bruce of Hornbeck, Louisiana; Deborah Kent of Newkirk, Oklahoma; Cheryl Ely of Wellington Kansas and Frances Davis of Kentucky and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Private family services will be held at a later date.
