Genevieve Ruth Edwards' Obituary
Genevieve Ruth Edwards, age 92, passed away on March 18, 2015. Genevieve was born on April 26, 1922 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to her parents Melvin and Lenora Goodner. She was received her general education from Oak Grove Elementary and Bixby Public Schools. She was a homemaker. She was pure woman with endless bouts of energy and love. She loved playing practical jokes and teasing her family. Genevieve is survived her three sons Michael Wayne Edwards (Minnie), Lyndell Gene Edwards (Paula), and Alan Lee Edwards, her daughter Lenora Sue Foster (Larry), her grandchildren Michael Edwards (Katlyn), Jonathon Edwards (Nichole), Joseph Edwards (Meagan), Dana McClain (Henry), Kenny Foster, Aletha Edwards, Randall Edwards (Tawni), Myranda Edwards, Lindsay Violet (Grayson), her great grandchildren Alley Edwards, Leslie McClain, Cameron Foster (Micah), Alaina Edwards, Kale Vest, Raelyn Violet, and many other adopted kids and grandchildren. Services will be held at the Garden of the Apostles in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Monday, March 23, 2015, at 10:00 am. Visitation will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from 12 pm to 8 pm with family to greet friends from 3 pm to 4 pm.
