Ruth was born Feb. 2, 1928 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. A long time member of the Order of The Eastern Star. Ruth was retired as a secretary with the Public School System. Survived by Husband, Raymond : Sons, Brian K. and Kevin B.: Five Grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the City of Tulsa Animal Welfare ( 3031 N. Erie Ave. Tulsa, OK).
