Ruth Ann Simmons (Anna Ruth Simmons) 86 died March 11, 2011 in Tulsa. Mrs. Simmons was born May 12, 1924 in Little Rock, Arkansas to James S. and Delia (Parker) Simmons. She was a switchboard operator for St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. She is survived by her son James (Jim) Simmons, and 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
