Saletha Lashawn Lewis-Warren, 51 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed from this life on Saturday, January 18, 2020 at her residence. She was born October 2, 1968 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to her parents, Doris Jean Bluford Lewis and Lonnie Lee Lewis, Sr..
Saletha is survived by her daughter, Angel Warren and her significant other, Quartland Garrett of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandson, Kyrie Garrett of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her four siblings, Lonnie Lewis, Jr. of Irving, Texas, Denise Bluford-Walker and her husband Chris of Jenks, Oklahoma, DeAndra Lewis and her significant other, Mark Hammon of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Patricia Lynn Walker of Fort Coffee, Oklahoma; her mother, Doris Lewis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her father, Lonnie Lewis, Sr. of Fort Coffee, Oklahoma; one niece, Candace Lewis of Tulsa, Oklahoma; two nephews, Christopher Walker, Jr. and his wife Nichole of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Joshua Walker of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and many, many friends and extended family members.
Visitation will be held from 3-7 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2020 at Floral Haven Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at Floral Haven's Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens, Garden of Reflections.
