She retired from the Louisiana Forestry Service as a Forest Fire Spotter. Her Children remember her as being strong but kind and loving. Sally loved playing the piano and teaching bible study. She loved the Lord and praising His name in worship and song. If Sally had her way all her friends and family would meet for a singing and dinner on the ground and a Hallelujah time. She always said “When I die don’t cry for me, I’ll be with Jesus. Just have a glorious time praising His name.” Sally loved making quilts and blankets and donating them. In lieu of flowers, please donate a quilt or blanket to a local homeless shelter. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2015 in the Garden of Devotion, Floral Haven Funeral Home, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
