Sally Planck Westfall's Obituary
Sally Planck Westfall departed this world and entered into God's presence on August 24, 2010, after a valiant battle with various health issues. A lifelong Tulsan, Sally was known in many circles as one of the 'Planck Twins', in reference to her previously deceased sister, Sue Reeds. A loving mother, grandmother, aunt, great aunt, and friend, as well as a devoted wife to her deceased husband, Chester Westfall, Sally will always be remembered for her sweet demeanor, style and charm. She is survived by the following family members: her son Pete, his wife Leslie and their daughter Eleanor; her other son Matt, his wife Denise, and their three children Spencer, Connor, and Blythe; along with her nephews Ted and Mark Reeds and niece Sara DeVilliers, all of which Sally considered as her own children. Sally's funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, August 28, Kirk of the Hills Presbyterian, 4102 E. 61st Street. In addition, and in lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in her memory be made to Bit by Bit Equestrian Center, a therapeutic horseback riding program for special needs individuals, at 16544 A Highway 169, Oologah, OK 74053.
