Sammie Jo Cowen 85, died March 19, 2012 in Wagoner, Oklahoma. She was born September 9, 1926 in Depew, Oklahoma to Everett and Blanche (Heape) Dunning. She was a homemaker most her lifetime wearing the many hats that covers. She is survived by her daughter Deborah Owens, three sons, David Lee, James Everett, Charles Gordon Cowen. There are 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren left to carry on her legacy. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and a daughter Cassandra Magby.
