Sammy "Sam" T. Ramsey, 85, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on September 13, 2021. He was born on January 13, 1936, to parents Clifton and Wilda Ramsey.
A visitation will be held on Monday from 4-6 PM, and a celebration of life will be held on Tuesday at 12:30 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
