Sandra Kay Edwards, age 66, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed from this life on November 23, 2025. She was born in Tulsa to her parents, Thad Johnson and Clara (Reynolds) Johnson.
Sandra lived a life centered around the simple joys that mattered most—her family. Nothing brought her greater happiness than spending time with her grandchildren. Whether laughing together or simply sitting in their presence, those moments were her greatest treasures. Family was the heartbeat of her life, and she cherished every opportunity to be surrounded by those she loved.
Sandra also had a lifelong affection for her dogs. Over the years, she welcomed many into her home, each one holding a special place in her heart. Their companionship brought her comfort and joy, and she treasured the bond they shared.
She married the love of her life, Lynn Edwards, with whom she built a life filled with devotion and love. Lynn preceded her in death, and Sandra now rejoices in being reunited with him.
Sandra will be remembered for her warmth, her quiet strength, and her unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of her family who will forever cherish their memories.
She is preceded in death by her husband Lynn Edwards; parents Thad Johnson and Clara Johnson; and siblings Dorothy Johnson, Everett Johnson, and Buddy Johnson. Left to cherish Sandras memory is her son Andy Hudelson; grandchildren Andi Hudelson, Randy Simmons, Glenn Simmons, Kaylen Cox, Clara Brown, Hunter Brown, Logan Baotright, Hayley Gregory, Bayley Gregory, and Taylor Morrison; sister Theresa Simmons and her husband Glenn; nieces and nephews Brandy Simmons, Glenda Simmons, Sheila Young, Nela Simmons, Brandon Simmons, and Miranda Simmons; and all of the Edwards family.
