Sandra Kay Nelson's Obituary
Sandra Kay Nelson Jackson), 71, passed peacefully in her sleep July 25, 2021 at 9:10 am. She was born March 18, 1950 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James Jackson and Earlene Jackson and older sister to Jimmy Jackson. She graduated from McLain Highschool as a North Sider in 1968. She was known to most as friend and to many as family. Sandra was hardworking, quick whited, fun spirited and always said it like it was. Her passions were spending time with friends and family; instant pot recipes and of course being a Trump supporter. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Sandra was preceded in passing by her parents, James and Earlene Jackson; brother, Jimmy Jackson; ex-husband, Butch Nelson; nephew, Jack David Stewart and niece, Krista Ruth Estep.
She is survived by her loving son, Raymond Lee Nelson III; grandchild, Cadence Elizabeth Nelson; beloved mother-in-law, Bobbie Nelson; sister-in-law, Carol Pennignton; aunt, Betty Cervantez; uncle, Johny Cervantez and of course movie star uncle, Joe Cervantez and favorite cousin, Lora Kay Cartner and numerous other loved family members.
Visitation will be 3-5 pm, Sunday, August 1, 2021 at Floral Haven.
Funeral Service will 12:30pm, Monday, August 2, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel.
