Sandra Wagner's Obituary
It is with great celebration that the family of Sandra Kay Wagner announce her passing from this earthly realm to the Heavenly plane allowing our dear sister in Christ the ability to hug and kiss Jesus. Sandra left this world on January 15, 2021 at 1:47 pm at the age of 63. Sandra was born September 7, 1957. Sandra was reborn in the spirit of Jesus Christ on February 22, 1988.
Sandra is survived by her three children: Kathryn V. Walker, Robert KS Walker and Jimmie L. Walker II (Buddy). She is survived by two grandchildren that she is aware of: Christina N. Walker and Shaylynn Newsom. She is preceded in death by her parents: Kenneth and Alice Wagner and her two sisters: Mary Frances Wagner and Patricia Ann Wagner.
Sandra was a Registered Nurse in the Home Health and Hospice Industry. Sandra received her credentials as a Nationally Certified Medical coder in Home Health and Hospice Oasis and ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding when she began her company Certified Medical Coding Solutions, LLC in September 2014 providing Medical Coding and Oasis review services for Home Health and Hospice agencies in Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Florida, New Jersey and Colorado. Sandra also worked as a clinician in the Home Health and Hospice industry as an RN going home to home treating and providing care to those individuals requiring nursing care. She also authored “The Tree of Rights, Patient Rights on a Broken Limb” as well as multiple short stories. She also was a musician and wrote multiple pieces. She loved to sing and aspired to become a professional singer but the opportunity to become a professional musician did not open for her in this lifetime. She was a member of the Oklahoma Writer’s Guild, the American Nurses Association, the Oklahoma Nurses Association, Oklahoma Nurses. Nurses Service Organization and Home Care coding and Compliance Association.
In 1992, Sandra recorded a Demo tape of gospel music. A dialysis clinic played her taper the patients receiving dialysis. Sandra also sang at funerals and recalls one worker at Memorial Gardens stating “You have the voice of an angel.” Sandra loved to sing and enjoyed making others happy. She loved working with the elderly, especially as an advocate.
Sandra was established in Tulsa, OK in 1982. She was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas and lived in Greenland, Arkansas, a small town just south of Fayetteville, Arkansas. Sandra went to school in Greenland, Arkansas, University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and Tulsa Junior College.

A memorial service will be held in her honor at 10 am on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Floral Haven Funeral Home.
