Sara June Shepard's Obituary
Sara June Shepard, 75, of Midland, Texas, passed away on June 29th, 2022, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma surrounded by her family. She was born on August 26, 1946, in Lamesa, Texas to Dennis William and Imogene Gregston. June was a seamstress most of her life until retirement and was a long-time member of Victory Christian Church, before moving out of state. She enjoyed reading and listening to Christian/Gospel music and spending time with family.
June was preceded in death by her parents Dennis William Gregston, and Imogene Gregston of Lamesa, Texas, her brother Dennis William Gregston, Jr. (Bill) of Lamesa, Texas, her son Freddie Lee Doshier, Jr. of Lamesa, Texas, and one granddaughter Shelby Doshier of Sperry, Oklahoma.
June is survived by her sisters, Margaret Norris of Midland, Texas, Alta Ownby of Muskogee, Oklahoma, and Ellen Schilling of Walla Walla, Washington. June had 3 children, Gina Clingan of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Tony (Christy) Doshier of Sperry, Oklahoma, and David Shepard (MaryAnn) of Cheyenne, Wyoming. June was a proud Grandma and Granny to 9 Grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Celebration of Life Service will be at 10:00 am, Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel
