Sarah Elizabeth Crossman's Obituary
Sarah Elizabeth Crossman, age 98, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at her residence. She was born August 12, 1925, to William Henry and Jessie May Rogers. Sarah married the love of her life, David Crossman, January 19, 1947, in Independence, Kansas.
Sarah was a longtime member of Faith Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed watching Price is Right, Young and the Restless, and Wheel of Fortune on television. She loved card games and beating everyone in Phase 10 and 31.
Sarah is survived by her daughter: Kathy and husband Jose Velazquez of Claremore, Oklahoma; son: Randal and wife Pamela Crossman of Durant, Oklahoma; daughter-in-law: Vickie Crossman; grandchildren: Heather and husband Gregory Fein of Carrollton, Texas, Caleb Crossman of Fort Worth, Texas, Joe and wife Kayla Velazquez of Billings, Montana, Kevin Velazquez of Catoosa, Oklahoma, Soniea Simpson of Drumright, Oklahoma, Jennifer Velazquez of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Felicia and husband Jerrod Mazarko of Mounds, Oklahoma, Tomas Velazquez of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Udocia and Chris Young of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Michael and wife Linda Crossman of Frisco, Texas, and Melanie Crossman of Tulsa, Oklahoma plus many great-grandchildren.
Sarah is preceded in death by her parents: William Henry and Jessie May Rogers; husband: David Crossman; son: William "Bill" David Crossman; great-grandsons: Justin Simpson and Quincy Townsell; brother: William H. "Bud" Rogers Jr. and sisters: Lucille Rosson and Martha Neuhofel.
Visitation will be held 5:00 PM ~ 7:00 PM, Monday August 28, 2023, at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
A Celebration of Life service will be held 3:00 PM, Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at the Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel, in Broken Arrow.
