Dear Barry: I am writing to you to say how sorry I am for your loss of Sarah. I am Joan Pringle who volunteers at Portacaeli House. Believe me when I say that all of us were grieving with you when she passed Tuesday evening. We were honored to care for her and you and your adorable children. All the pictures in Sarah’s room and the sticky notes above her bed melted our hearts. I was so happy to see that the kids were able to stay across the hall.
