Scott Wayne Nobles' Obituary
Scott Wayne Nobles, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away at home on May 3, 2026, at the age of 59.
Scott was born on May 26, 1966, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Carol Nobles (Coats) and Jimmy Allen Nobles. He attended and graduated from Broken Arrow High School.
Scott was an avid sports fan, especially devoted to the Dallas Cowboys and the Oklahoma Sooners. Sports were a lifelong passion, and he could often be found with sports radio or SportsCenter playing at all hours of the day. In his younger years, Scott traveled the country playing foosball and was honored with induction into the Oklahoma Foosball Hall of Fame in 2024.
Scott worked as an automotive service advisor for more than 25 years. He enjoyed traveling to watch his grandson, Jaxson, play baseball and treasured every moment spent with his son, Andrew. Golfing and fishing were among his favorite pastimes.
Above all else, Scott’s greatest joy in life was his grandchildren — Jaxson, Lainey, Chyann, and Maddie. He especially cherished the time he spent with Jaxson, traveling to baseball games, cheering him on from the stands, and creating memories together that meant the world to him. His grandchildren brought endless pride, happiness, and purpose to his life.
Scott was preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Allen Nobles.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Nobles of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his son, Andrew Scott Nobles, and fiancée, Sara Whitaker, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his brother, Jimmy Dale Nobles of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his niece, Ashley Williams, and her husband, Matt Williams, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his great-nieces and nephew, Hailey Williams, Emily Williams, and Ryan Williams; and his four beloved grandchildren, Jaxson Scott Nobles, Lainey Rene Nobles, Maddie Weathers, and Chyann Hutchins.
Scott will be remembered for his deep love for his family, his passion for sports, and the countless memories, laughter, and love he shared with those closest to him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on May 13, 2026, at Aspen Park Baptist Church, 4404 South Aspen Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma 74012.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Aspen Park Baptist Church at https://aspenpark.church/give.
