Scott Nuessen's Obituary
On Saturday, March 30, 2019 loving husband and father, Scott Nuessen, age 50, passed away at his home with his family by his side. He was born December 9, 1968 in Wichita, Kansas to Phyllis Thomas Nuessen Stoops and Harold Nuessen. Scott married the love of his life Sarhonda Kay Kallam in 1992 and they have shared many beautiful years together.Scott graduated from Olive High School in 1987 and joined the Army National Guard where he served 7 years. Scott was a wonderful husband and father who was very laid-back and always had a big smile for everyone. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and was a dedicated Oklahoma Sooners football fan. Scott loved classic cars, especially his 1968 Mercury Cougar and was a member of Mid America Classic Cougars. Those that knew Scott knew him as a kind and friendly man that would go out of his way to help anyone in need. Scott was very hard-working and loyal to his friends and co-workers at Hill Manufacturing where he worked as a shop supervisor for the last 8 years.Scott is survived by his loving wife, Ronni Nuessen of the home; two sons, Kelcey Evans of Coweta, Oklahoma and Tyler Nuessen of Coweta, Oklahoma; and his parents, Phyllis and Marvin Stoops of Mannford, Oklahoma as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2019 at Floral Haven Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jon Syverson officiating.
