At dinner one night while visiting Texas, Hannah mentioned, as a young child in simple truths will, that Grammy was her favorite grandmother. Rick and Sheridan were quick to wish she had been a little less honest but, in all sincerity, Shannon would have been my favorite grandmother too. Her sense of humor and calm practicality put those around her totally at ease Ballet recitals will never be the same although I doubt her spirit will ever miss one. She leaves a huge void in every life she touched and Heaven is all the richer for her presence.
