Sherry Jean was such a caring person. She was always giving to her friends, family and strangers. She was like the "network Guru". If you needed something or someone to do something for you, all you had to do was tell Sherry Jean. She would immediately get on the phone with her connections and hook you up with someone that could help you or get you what you needed. The love of her life was her husband Paul. He graciously took Sherry's advice on how to do something that she wanted done and loved her to the end. Sherry was the glue that held her family members together. I hope her glue was strong enough for them to endure their loss. I think Sherry should have all the streets of gold and the angels organized by now. When it is my time, all I will have to do is ask Sherry where I am supposed to be.
Sherry was a wonderful friend and classmate…she will be missed…thoughts and prayers…The Harrison Twins Viola & Violet…McLain class of 1968

Sherry was a wonderful person. Always putting others ahead of herself. I am very lucky to have gotten to know her these past 8 years. She will be missed.
Sherry and Paul were my adopted family. I loved her like a mother and she was in every sense my "Aunt Sherry" even if we weren't related. We shared many of the same interests. I remember our shopping trips to Arkansas, our sport events we attended together and the pleasure of having her and Paul at my wedding. She supported my choices and encouraged my growth. She welcomed me into her home and her life and I am a better person for it. God called his angel home and she sits up there watching over us pain free, peaceful and joyous. God bless my Uncle Paul for being her Prince Charming. All my love, Kim Collins
One of my favorite memories of sherry is when she took my brothers and I to the circus bought us everything….and she paid for my dads (her uncle Bob) spray on top of his casket…… She and Paul came and sa t at the hospital late when my mother was in there….She was selflessand yet always the boss but not bossy Sherry I will miss you and your laugh I love you and your kind heart…..?
Sherry will be missed. My condolences go out to the family.
What can one say about Sherry? I've know Sherry for probably the last 35 years. She was an amazing lady that will not be replaced. She was giving to a fault. She was always there to step up and help any where and any one who needed it. She would fight tooth and nail for those she loved and boy you better watch out if you were on the wrong end of things!! My boys called her Big Momma growing up – it took us a while when they first said something about "Big Momma" but we finally figured out they were talking about Sherry – I'm Sherri too so to my boys she became Big Momma and it stuck for all of us. Sure going to miss this lady. She will always and forever hold a very special place in my heart.
