Shirlee Ann Bilyeu's Obituary
Shirlee Ann (Rasor) Bilyeu, went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 16th, 2010. Shirley was born November 1, 1946, to Cecil and Wanda (London) Rasor of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1964, and later worked at Amoco Petroleum as a secretary. Shirley married Dennis Brian Bilyeu on August 22nd, 1966. She worked alongside her husband, building the family business since 1979. She served as Vice President of Cortrol Process Systems, Inc. and Frontier Plastic Fabricators, Inc. Shirley was an avid golfer, traveler, crafter, and home maker. She was a loving and devoted wife, daughter, mother, nana, aunt, and sister. She resided in Bixby, Oklahoma and the Grand Lake area of Afton, Oklahoma. Shirley was active in the Grand Lake community and a member of the South Grand Lake Christian Church. Shirley is preceded in death by her mother. She is survived by her father Cecil Rasor, husband Dennis Bilyeu, children Chris and wife Dawn of Tulsa, Kerri and Randy Brown of Montesano, Washington, Kim and Chris Basnett of Tulsa; her brother Cecil Richard (Rick) and wife Cheryl of Grand Prairie, Texas; grandchildren Jesse and wife Cassidy LoTempio of San Diego, California, William Robertson of Tulsa, Matthew Bilyeu of Tulsa; Lucas and Joshua Brown of Montesano, Washington; Emily and Nathan Cordova of Tulsa, Oklahoma; Haeley, Chloe, and Olivia Basnett of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her Aunt Marilyn London of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews. brothers- and sisters-in-law, and friends. Beloved by all and will be missed greatly. Services to be held on Friday, August 20th, at 3 P.M. at Floral Haven, 6500 South 129th East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, officiated by Pastor Gina Jackson and Pastor Randy Brown. Visitation will be Thursday, August 19th, from 1 P.M. until 9 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Blue House Grand Lake Community Ministry, 259 Court Avenue, Langley, OK 74350.
