Shirlene was born on October 10, 1950, in Amarillo, Texas to parents Chuck Allen and Elizabeth Idell (Gray).
In August of 1969 Shirlene married Imrie Boyd Stephens, Jr. Shirlene was a Homemaker and mother to son Randall Stephens and Daughter Stephanie Sparks.
Shirlene is survived by her husband Boyd, Son Randall Stephens, Daughter Stephanie Sparks and her husband Tom, Grandsons, Landon Sparks and his wife Cheyenne, Hayden Sparks and his wife Jessica and Seth Stephens, Granddaughters, Katlynn sparks, Great-Grandchildren Laramie, Clay and Haillie, Her mother Idell Allen, and her husband Arnold. Sister Darlene Terrel and her husband Ricky, sister Martha Shaltry and her husband Jon, sister Becky Acker, Brothers Bruce Allen and Bryan Allen and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
