Shirley Halliwell, 75 years of age, passed this life on February 26, 2013 in St. Francis Hospital, Tulsa. She was born on November 30, 1937 in England. Shirley was a homemaker wearing the many hats that comes with that title. She was a wife and mother taking care of her family as they travelled with her military husband Ronald. She is survived by her son Wayne Halliwell, two granddaughters, Britini Miller, Katie Halliwell, and a sister Pat Henderson. Graveside services are pending at this time.
