Shirley Hazlett's Obituary
A loving Wife, Mother, Grandma, Gigi, Sister, and friend to many. Shirley Jean Hazlett passed away at her home in Tulsa, OK on April 22nd at the age of 81. Shirley married her first love, George, 60 years ago and they were partners for life. Shirley loved spending time with her husband George, kids, grandkids, and great grandkids. She enjoyed going to Church and Square Dancing. Shirley was a Homemaker, Hairdresser, and worked for George at State Farm.
She is preceded by death by her Mother Eloise Cummings and Father Ernie Cummings; her Sisters Karen Lyons, Joyce McNinch, Mary Lou Calhoun, Brothers Ronnie Cummings, David Cummings, and Duane Cummings. She is lovingly survived by: Her husband George Hazlett, Son Rodney Hazlett and his wife, Janine, Daughter Tracy Harper and her husband, Joe; grandchildren, Kendra Harper, Ashley Hazlett, Devin Hazlett and her husband Kirk Santure, Kendal Grauel, Kasie Allen and her husband Joseph, and Brandi Hazlett; great grandchildren Xander, Lincoln, Bentley, Alwyn, and Oakley; Sisters Nadine Myers, Janet Delaney, Janice Lane, Brenda Gulick, Gwen Moreau, and other extended family and a lifetime of friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, May 1st, 2026 from 5-7 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 at 3:00 PM at Floral Haven Funeral Home
Interment will follow at Floral Haven Memorial Gardens - Garden of Reflections
