Shirley Lillard's Obituary
Shirley Ann Periman Lillard; 84 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on March 23, 2021. Shirley was born on September 27, 1936 in Vinita, Oklahoma, the daughter of Jacob and Fawn Periman.
Shirley attended and graduated from Centraila High school in 1954. One of Shirleys favorite activities was playing on the basketball team.
Shirley married Paul Lillard on
May 4, 1957 and they raised their family in Tulsa. Shortly after getting married Shirley and Paul began attending Calvary Baptist Church.
Shirley loved children and worked in the nursery at Calvary for 40 years.
Shirley worked for Tulsa public schools for 30 years where she worked in the cafeteria.
Shirley adored and lived for special times with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her happiest hours were spent with them.
Shirley is survived by two sons, Randy (Ramona) Lillard of Rogers, Arkansas; Scott (Jennifer) Lillard of Bixby, Oklahoma; four grandchildren; Renee (Mark) Venable of Springdale, Arkansas; Rachel (Patrick) Dillard of Rogers, Arkansas, Kennedy Lillard and Reece Lillard of Bixby, Oklahoma. Shirley has six great grandchildren; Taelyn, Tenley, Tristyn, Teagyn, Luke and soon to arrive Connor.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Lillard, her parents, Jacob and Fawn Periman, her sister Jacqueline Phillips, and her brother, Bill Periman.
