Stanley "Stan" Anderson Schooley's Obituary
Stanley Anderson Schooley, 62, of Bixby, Oklahoma, passed away on December 24th, 2024. Born to Mary Josephine and Orval Schooley on July 16, 1962, Stanley was a devoted father to his daughters, Danielle and Rebekah, and a beloved grandfather to Blakely. He cherished his family deeply, including his siblings, niece, and nephews.
A longtime member of Victory Church, Stanley’s unwavering faith was a cornerstone of his life, and he sought to share the word of God with others. Known for his quick wit, great sense of humor, and the wisdom he shared with those around him, Stan brought joy to all who knew him. He enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, including fishing at Fort Gibson Lake, being the grill master at cookouts, spending time with his family, and cheering on his favorite football teams. Stanley was also dedicated to his career in the printing industry, where he was a devoted employee who took great pride in his hard work.
Stanley is survived by his daughters, Danielle and Rebekah, granddaughter Blakely, niece Ashley, nephews Colton and Joshua, siblings Sarah and David, stepmother Hulda, and many other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, father, and brother Randy, and recently joined in heaven by his youngest nephew, Isaac.
The loss is profound and we all miss him dearly. We take comfort in knowing he is in heaven, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
We invite all who knew and cared for him to join us for his Celebration of Life at 3:00 PM on January 10th, at the Floral Haven Chapel.
